Shipping

Upon completing your purchase and payment, an automated order confirmation will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

  • If all items are available, your package will be prepared and shipped within two working days of your order placement.
  • However, if any of your items are 3D prints that are not in stock, they will need to be produced, adding an additional processing time of 5 to 7 working days.

Once your order is handed over to GLS, DAO or PostNord, delivery within Denmark typically takes 1 to 2 working days. International delivery times vary by country.

If only part of your order is in stock, shipping will be delayed until all items are available. We do not offer partial deliveries.

 

Exceptional delivery times
During peak periods, delivery times may temporarily extend to 2 weeks. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified of any such delays. Please note that GeeksLair EU cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

 

Delivery Partners
We collaborate with GLS, DAO or PostNord, selecting the most appropriate service based on your package's specifications. All parcel deliveries are accompanied by tracking information.

For orders offering 'free shipping', GeeksLair EU will determine the shipping method and provider.

 

Order Pickup
Under certain circumstances, you may arrange to collect your order. However, this must be arranged in advance and confirmed through communication (Copenhagen, Amager).

If shipping costs are integrated into the price, the total remains unchanged. Should separate shipping charges apply, they will be reimbursed.

 

Packaging Materials
Every item is meticulously packed to mitigate the risk of damage during transit. Models are exclusively dispatched via parcel post to ensure their protection.

In our commitment to environmental responsibility, we utilize recycled boxes and packing materials obtained from our suppliers. Whenever possible, we opt for eco-friendly solutions such as recycled plastic packing tape. This initiative reflects our dedication to minimizing our environmental footprint.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and added to your order during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs within Denmark:

  • €10 for orders shipped as parcels, with PostNord to home-address.
  • Free shipping for orders over €100, shipped as parcels, with PostNord to home-address.

  • €8 for orders shipped as parcels, with PostNord to a pickup-point.
  • Free shipping for orders over €80, shipped as parcels, with PostNord to a pickup-point.

  • €10 for orders shipped as parcels, with GLS & DAO to home-address.
  • Free shipping for orders over €100, shipped as parcels, with GLS & DAO to home-address.

  • €7 for orders shipped as parcels, with GLS & DAO to a pickup-point.

Shipping Costs within Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland & Sweden:

  • €15.00 for parcel shipments, depending on weight.
  • Free shipping for orders over €120 within Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland & Sweden.

Shipping Costs within Czech Republic:

  • €17.50 for parcel shipments, depending on weight.
  • Free shipping for orders over €120 within Czech Republic.

Shipping Costs within Austria, Finland, France:

  • €20.50 for parcel shipments, depending on weight.
  • Free shipping for orders over €120 within Austria, Finland, France.

Shipping Costs within Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain:

  • €28.50 for parcel shipments, depending on weight.
  • Free shipping for orders over €120 within Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

Shipping Costs within Cyprus, Malta:

  • €39.50 for parcel shipments, depending on weight.
  • Free shipping for orders over €160 within Cyprus, Malta.

You can view shipping costs after entering your address details during checkout. Your order is not finalized until payment is completed, allowing you to cancel it without obligation beforehand.

 

Shipping Address Verification
Customers are responsible for accurately inputting and verifying shipping addresses. If an incorrect shipping address is discovered after submission, please contact us promptly.

 

PostNord, GLS & DAO Service Point Pickup
If unable to deliver to the designated address, the package will be forwarded to a Service Point. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package from the designated Service Point.

Failure to collect the package will result in its return to the sender, with any associated shipping and return costs deducted from the order refund.

 

Returns

Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving the return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, ensure items are in their original condition with all supplied accessories and packaging intact.

Shipping Refund on Returns
For complete order returns, the initial shipping costs will also be refunded. However, partial order returns do not qualify for shipping cost refunds.

 

Exceptions
Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items with described defects mentioned in the product description
  • Custom-made items, such as scaled-up 3D prints or prints of self-supplied models

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (if not our fault)
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day return period

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please contact us promptly.
